Rowden Consulting, LLC has extensive expertise in implementing corrective action measures for
properties affected by the release of contaminants. Designing and submitting remedial plans involves
the application of geoscience and requires the seal of a professional geoscientist (PG). Rowden
Consulting, LLC is licensed by the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists.
Clients can utilize our services to obtain certificates of completion from the TCEQ Voluntary Cleanup
Program (VCP), Railroad Commission VCP, innocent owner/operator certificates from the TCEQ
Innocent Owner Program (IOP), and No Further Action letters from the TCEQ Corrective Action
Section.
We strive to keep our clients' best interests in mind when evaluating and remediating contaminated
properties. A good understanding of human and ecological risks associated with environmental
releases is our basis for making decisions that are both protective of the environment while minimizing
unnecessary expenses associated with site cleanup. We have a wide variety of experience in
remediation approaches which provides flexibility for the responsible parties to choose the most cost
effective or expeditious solution. We have expertise in establishing Municipal Setting Designations
(MSD) where groundwater is not utilized as a drinking water source. By recognizing the site-specific
characteristics of the release and knowing the administrative tools available to eliminate risks without
the expense of intrusive site cleanup, we can assist in the protection of human health and the
environmental in manners most economically feasible for our clients.
